Cancellation should be made by email to Paradise Island Adventure Golf at the location booked. Payment for cancellations where more than 48 hours notice is provided, will receive a full refund. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be held on the system and transferred to a future date. Any rescheduled booking cannot be cancelled but can be transferred with more than 48 hours notice. Payments for rescheduled booking cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are fully chargeable. No shows are fully chargeable. In the instance that you have paid for two courses, these must be played on the same day, the second course can not be transferred and is non refundable.
Carers go FREE with a paying concession. To claim this offer please present a VALID form of Carer ID at the paybooth. Alternatively, proof of Disability Living Allowance (DLA) Attendance allowance, Personal Independence Payment (PIP) and Armed Forces Independence Payment (AFIP) will be accepted.
