Open Championship Results 2009 11.08.2009
Well done to all the people who took part in England's largest adventure golf competition form the 16th - 19th July.
Over 1000 people battled it out over the two courses for the Paradise Island Adventure Golf Open Trophy and iPod shuffle prize. As always there were 3 age categories with a winner and runner up in each category. Congratulations to the winners and for everyone who narrowly missed out this year come back for more practice before next years event.

Kid’s, families, couples and friends are all invited to take part in England’s largest ever adventure golf competition – its going to be crazy!
Back by popular demand is England’s Biggest EVER Adventure Golf competition at Paradise Island Adventure Golf, Trafford Centre 16th – 19th July.
Since opening in 2008, Paradise Island has captured the imagination of kids, families and couples and provided a leisure experience like no other. The 16,000sq foot site has two 18 holes adventure golf courses full of twists and turns and humps and bumps set amidst a tropical paradise.
Last years competition attracted over 800 competitors from all over the UK and we are predicting that this year’s competition will be even bigger!
The best thing about it is that it is no additional cost on top of the normal cost to play (adults £7, student/cons £6, 5-16 £5 and under 5’s £3.50) and there are three age categories to suit all participants’ levels (5-12, 13-18 & 18+). Most people who visit Paradise Island tend to have friendly rivalry when playing; the competition is just an extension of this fun rivalry played in a friendly atmosphere amongst all customers. The lowest score wins over one of the two courses, each are equal in degree of difficulty. There are both winner and runner up prizes in each category including a Paradise Island Adventure Golf Trophy, 6 month pass and iPod Shuffle and runners up receive an unlimited 1 month Family Pass. Also every participant has the chance to win a free game at the 19th hole!

Manchester's 1st Adventure Golf Competition 21.08.2008
To coincide with the Trafford Centre's tenth birthday we at Paradise Island are hosting the first ever Manchester adventure golf competition. The competition will take place on the 6th and 7th of September and participants can enter in the following categories:
5-12 years
13-18 years
adult
There will be some excellent prizes on offer for the winners and runners up so get down to Paradise Island at the Trafford Centre on the 6th and 7th of September and you could be Manchester's adventure golf champion. -
Course record set 01.08.2008
Paradise Island has now been open for a few weeks in the Trafford Centre so we wanted to update you on the current course records that you should all be trying to beat.
A Mr. Stevens has set the record on Tiki Hut Trail with a score of 33 and Mr. Bradley holds the record on Temple Ruins Adventure with 35.
If you think you can do any better then get along to Paradise Island in the Trafford Centre and show off your putting skills. If you have beaten these score then let us know.
